*Referrers on EDI Specialists payroll will receive payment through payroll as a W-2. Referrers not on our payroll must submit a W-4 for payment. Referral candidates must not be in our database. Referrers who refer themselves may be considered for positions but are not eligible for the cash bonus. Payment is made at completion of 3 months, as long as candidate and client are in good standing. Bonus rates will vary.
